4. Booking and Payment Terms

Reservation Requirements

  • A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your booking
  • Deposits are non-refundable unless canceled within the stated cancellation period
  • Payment must be received before the scheduled service date
  • All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise stated

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 30+ days before the service date: Full refund of deposit
  • Cancellations made 14-29 days before: 50% refund of deposit
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before: No refund
  • No-shows: Payment forfeited

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials on Vastmotion's website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Vastmotion or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, or display any content from our website without our prior written permission. For content licensing inquiries, please contact us directly.

6. Client Responsibilities

By booking our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information in your booking and communication
  • Ensure you have the right to grant us access to venues and subjects
  • Obtain necessary permissions and releases from any individuals appearing in photos/videos
  • Provide timely communication regarding any special requirements or changes
  • Honor payment terms and deadlines
  • Not use our services for illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes

7. Deliverables and Timeline

Project completion timelines will be specified in your service agreement. We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed-upon deadlines. However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, and we cannot guarantee specific completion dates.

The number of final deliverables, formats, and revisions included are specified in your booking details. Additional services or revisions may incur additional charges.

8. Limitations of Liability

Vastmotion shall not be liable for any damages resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use our services or website
  • Weather conditions or acts of God affecting the shoot
  • Loss or damage to your property
  • Unauthorized use or interruption of services
  • Any lost profits, data, or other indirect damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

9. Usage Rights and Attribution

Upon final payment:

  • You receive a license to use the deliverables for your stated purpose
  • Vastmotion retains ownership of all images and footage
  • Vastmotion may use images/videos for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed
  • Credit/attribution to Vastmotion is appreciated for all published works
  • Commercial resale or redistribution of deliverables is prohibited without written permission

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Vastmotion makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the website or the information, content, or materials included on the website. You assume all responsibility and risk for the use of this website and services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vastmotion and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms of Service.

12. Modifications to Terms
